Organizer: Man-Ho CHOI (Department of Molecular Recognition, KIST, Korea)
In addition to cell line and animal model systems in biomedical science, human organoids have recently developed to overcome extrapolating results in those classical models. In this session, basic concept and applicability of stem cell-derived organoid models will be introduced as the promising technologies and protocols in human disease. Then, patient-derived organoids from endometrial disease will be also highlighted to inspire us to bring the system into endocrine diseases.
